Manufacturing Set-Up
We have an array of multi-spindle machines, CNC and SPMs to manufacture parts as per customer requirement. The machine set up caters to both mass production and batch production needs. Special roll threads and griding machines help to produce strong threads. There are customer dedicated cells setup to ensure quick delivery and greater serviceability.

Hy-Tech is one of the few global fittings supplier to have own forging unit at Nashik. This facility ensures forgings with the best quality in quick time and at a competitive cost. In-house die development facility helps in fast development of new forgings. We have capacity to forge 900,000 forgings per month with maximum forging weight of 4 kg.
