Mr. Hemant Tukaram Mondkar is Chairman and Managing director of Hy-tech Engineers Limited. He has completed his B. Tech (Mech) from IIT Powai in 1970.

He also holds a Diploma in Material Management along with Certificate course in JIT Management from AOTS in Osaka, Japan.

He has completed his Practical Training in JIT implementation from KAIZAN Institute of Asea Pacific and has more than 52 years of experience in the industry. He has an expertise in Product Identification, Project Conceptualisation, Planning, Project Engineering and Implementation.

He is also a Director in Hytech ACR Private Limited, Fasto Engineering Private Limited and NR Hy-Tech Engineers Private Limited.
