Mr. Balasubramanian Vishwanathan

Mr. Balasubramanian Vishwanathan is the Executive Director of Hy-tech Engineers Limited.

He brings over four decades of leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and building strong technical and organizational capabilities across the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

A Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering, he also holds a PGDBM from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, and is a British Chevening Scholar, having completed an advanced management program in the United Kingdom.

His professional career spans senior leadership roles with leading organizations including TVS Group (Brakes India), Kalyani Brakes, and Bosch. He has served as Managing Director of Eaton Industrial Systems Pvt. Ltd. and JK Files and Engineering and CEO of Ring Plus Aqua Ltd. He brings to the Board deep expertise in strategy, operational excellence, and value creation.
